Souvenirs are the one thing every guest takes home. They go wrong in small ways: a name misspelt on fifty mugs, boxes opened at the venue to find the right table, the last guests leaving with nothing. A set planned from the guest list avoids all three.
About this concept
A studio blueprint: how we plan a souvenir set for a wedding or an event. It is not a client project, and the imagery is illustrative.

How it works
You choose the items from a short list: tumblers, mugs, keychains, pouches, pins and thank-you packaging. We decide how each one is personalised, the supplier makes a sample, and you approve it in hand. Production follows. We pack the set per guest or per table and hand it out at the exit.

Decisions that mattered
Engraving or print, per material
Metal and wood take an engraving; ceramic and fabric take print. The choice sets how fine a monogram or name can be.
Packed by table number
Boxes are labelled with the table numbers from the seating plan, so the crew hands them out without searching.
Spare units ordered
A few extra pieces cover late guests and a damaged item, so nobody leaves empty-handed.

What you get
- A short list of items to choose from
- Artwork and personalisation per item
- Sample review and approval
- Production follow-up
- Packing per guest or per table
- Hand-out at the exit on the day
What shapes the scope
- Which items and how many
- Personalisation per guest or one design for all
- Packaging
- The deadline
Minimum quantities, lead times and prices depend on the item; we confirm them in the written scope.
A studio concept with illustrative imagery. It shows how we plan this kind of work and makes no claim about a delivered client project.
