Most brands shoot once and find out later they have no vertical video, the wrong crop for the ad, or nothing for print. One well-planned day can cover every format, if the plan starts from where each picture will be used.
About this concept
A studio concept that shows how we plan campaign production, using Senja, a fictional coffee brand. It is not a client project, and the imagery is illustrative.

How it works
The brief becomes a shot list where every line names its output: a feed post, a story, an ad, a print. On the day we light the set once, shoot the hero product, then the lifestyle frames and short clips, horizontal and vertical together. The brand picks favourites from one contact sheet, and the files arrive sorted by channel.

Decisions that mattered
Plan by where it will be posted
Each shot on the list carries its format and crop before the camera comes out, so nothing is missing when the campaign starts.
Horizontal and vertical in the same setup
Changing a set costs time. Shooting both orientations while the light is right costs minutes.
One select round, not five
The brand reviews one contact sheet in the same week. Fewer rounds keep the campaign on schedule.
